Our Story

The Little Village was created from a place of love.

As a mom to two little girls, aged four and almost two, I have the privilege of seeing the world through their eyes every day. I watch them turn the simplest moments into magical adventures, creating stories, solving problems, caring for others and finding joy in the little things. Their curiosity, imagination and sense of wonder remind me that childhood is something truly precious.

They also love to move, climb, explore and challenge themselves, growing in confidence with every new discovery. Watching them learn through both imaginative play and active play inspired me to create a space where other families could experience those same beautiful moments together.

As the founder of Motherhood, I've spent years carefully curating toys and brands that inspire creativity, encourage open-ended play and celebrate childhood. Every product has been chosen with intention, and over time I found myself dreaming of a place where children could truly experience the joy these beautiful toys bring.

That dream became The Little Village.

The Little Village is more than a play space. It's a place where children are free to slow down, explore, imagine and simply be themselves. A place where there's no right or wrong way to play only endless opportunities to create, discover and grow.

Every detail has been thoughtfully considered to create an environment that feels calm, welcoming and full of possibility. We believe children learn best when they're given the freedom to lead their own adventures, follow their curiosity and play in ways that feel natural to them.

Above all, we wanted to create a space that feels as comforting as it is inspiring. A place where little ones feel safe to explore, parents feel welcome to stay a little longer, and families can enjoy quality time together without the rush of everyday life.

The Village Experience

The Little Village has been thoughtfully designed as a calm, welcoming space where children can explore at their own pace and families can enjoy quality time together. There are no flashing lights, loud distractions or rushed experiences—just a beautiful environment where childhood is celebrated.

Children are encouraged to lead the way. Whether they spend their visit imagining, creating, building, discovering or simply observing, every experience is unique because every child is unique.

For our youngest visitors, the Soft Play area offers a safe and nurturing space to crawl, climb and explore while developing confidence through movement. Older children are free to immerse themselves in open-ended play, allowing their creativity and imagination to guide every adventure.

Parents and caregivers are invited to slow down too. Enjoy a coffee, catch up with friends or simply watch your little one grow in confidence as they play, explore and discover the world around them.

At The Little Village, there is no pressure to perform, no expectations to follow and no "right" way to play. We believe the most meaningful childhood moments happen when children are given the freedom to be curious, creative and completely themselves.
