# The Little Village – Play Session Booking Policy To ensure a safe, enjoyable and seamless experience for all guests, please take note of the following terms and conditions when booking a play session at The Little Village. ### Play Sessions * All play sessions are 60 minutes in duration unless otherwise stated. * Bookings are recommended to secure your preferred session time. * Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability. * Entry is valid only for the session booked. ### Supervision * Children remain the responsibility of their parent, guardian or caregiver at all times. * The Little Village team members do not provide child supervision. * Children may not be left unattended in the play areas. ### Age Guidelines * The Little Village is suitable for children from newborn to 8 years old. * Children should play in age-appropriate areas and equipment suitable for their developmental stage. ### Grip Socks * Grip socks are mandatory for all children using the Soft Play area. * Grip socks are available for purchase and may be reused on future visits. * Children without grip socks will not be permitted to use the Soft Play equipment. ### Café Seating & Table Reservations * Play session bookings do not automatically include a reserved table in the Pretend Play & Soft Play Café. * Guests wishing to reserve a table must add a table reservation to their booking separately. * Table reservations are subject to availability. * During private functions or venue hire events, café seating within The Little Village may be unavailable. * In these instances, guests will be accommodated in the Kiddilicious restaurant seating area. ### Food & Beverages * No outside food or beverages may be brought into The Little Village. * Food and beverages must be purchased from Kiddilicious. * Water bottles for children are permitted. * Any birthday cakes, cupcakes or celebration treats must comply with Kiddilicious policies and arrangements. ### Health & Safety * Children who are unwell or displaying symptoms of contagious illness should not attend play sessions. * Parents and caregivers are responsible for ensuring children behave safely and respectfully. * Management reserves the right to remove any guest whose behaviour poses a risk to others or disrupts the experience of other guests. ### Cancellations & Rescheduling * Bookings may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability. * No refunds will be issued for missed sessions, no-shows or canc
